Creativity 365

I bought a new book! It’s called “A Daily Creative Journal 365”, by Noah Scalin. You pick a theme or a medium to focus on and the book instructs you on what to do each day...for a year. This book is good for all creative people...and even those who feel they aren’t very creative. Others who have done the 365 project have been writers, poets, chefs, illustrators, actors, photographers, and painters to name a few. It’s really for anyone and it’s a great way to keep the creative juices flowing. I’ll be starting this book soon tomorrow and I chose the theme of Looooove. So I’ll be interpreting love in 365 different ways for the next year and post the results each day. Has your creativity hit a road block? You should try it too!!

More from this book:
“A daily creative project is like a marathon. It’s a ridiculously daunting task, but making an original creation every day gives you an incredible sense of accomplishment. It also forces you to push beyond your mental and physical barriers (especially the ones you’ve erected for yourself.)” ← The reason I bought this book.

“The only rule is: There are no rules! The point of this book is to put as many tools and as much inspiration into your hands as possible so that you have no excuse but to get started on your own daily project.”

I purchased this book on Amazon.com.
